Eric Esplin

Founder & Lead Learning Consultant

Eric is a Learning & Performance Consultant with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he supports the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) through strategic consulting, coaching, and workforce development initiatives. Eric has long been dedicated to public service.

In the spring of 2025, as federal agencies faced significant staffing reductions and reorganization, Eric saw a critical need emerging. Rather than simply observe the disruption, he felt compelled to act. Drawing on his expertise, values of public service, and a critical need to actively bring people together from all walks of life, he founded a mission-driven organization designed to partner with those impacted and to serve the broader community by helping organizations and individuals work productively through change.
